Walk in — no booking needed. The bath is ready during opening hours and Elias talks you through it: how long to stay in, how to breathe, and what to do with it afterwards. That coaching is part of the ฿150, not an upsell.
- Best after training. Chalong's gyms finish in the morning and the late afternoon — the bath is a two-minute ride away.
- First time is fine. Nobody gets thrown in the deep end; you'll be walked through your first plunge start to finish.
- Coffee after. The cafe is right there, and it's the best part.
