Returns

All orders outside the EU and UK (including Thailand): we don't accept change-of-mind returns. Not sure of your size? Try it on at our shop in Chalong first.

EU and UK buyers — 14 days to change your mind

• Contact us first. Email mmaguyshop@gmail.com with your order number within 14 days of receiving your order. Items sent back without asking first are not accepted.
• Send the item back to our shop in Thailand within 14 days after that. You pay the return postage and any import tax or fees on the return.
• The item must be unused, unwashed, with tags and original packaging. You may check it as you would in a shop (try a glove on with clean hands), but don't train in it.
• If it comes back used in any way (worn, trained in, washed, smelling of sweat or use, marked or damaged), we reduce the refund by the value lost, up to the full price.
• Not returnable: sale items and opened mouthguards, handwraps and groin guards (hygiene).
• Refund: the item price minus a 10% restocking fee, to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving and checking the item. Original shipping is not refunded.
• Import tax and carrier fees you paid at your door are not refunded by us; your carrier or customs can tell you how to claim them back.
