Shipping policy
We ship worldwide from Phuket, Thailand. Shipping is calculated at checkout from your destination and the weight of your order.
USA — duty-paid shipping, no surprises
Orders to the United States ship duty-paid (DDP): the shipping price you see at checkout already includes US import duty and customs clearance. You will not be asked to pay anything extra when your order arrives. US parcels are consolidated in Bangkok for duty-paid courier dispatch, so please allow 3–5 business days of handling before your order ships.
All other countries — duties due at delivery
For every other international destination (including the European Union, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia), the shipping price at checkout covers transport only. Import duty, VAT and customs clearance fees are charged separately by your country's customs on arrival and are the buyer's responsibility.
- European Union: since 1 July 2026 the EU charges import duty and VAT on every parcel. Your order ships by courier at the rate shown at checkout; expect your country's VAT plus duty when it arrives.
- United Arab Emirates: orders valued over AED 300 owe UAE import duty at delivery — most gear orders exceed this threshold.
Buyers are responsible for understanding their country's import laws, regulations and restrictions. We are not liable for products seized or destroyed by customs.
Processing time
Orders are prepared for shipping within 1–2 days. Orders to the United States take 3–5 business days (see above).
Delivery time
Courier deliveries typically arrive within 2–9 business days after dispatch, depending on destination. Postal deliveries to some destinations can take longer.
Change of address
Once a delivery is in transit, the delivery address cannot be altered. For any address changes, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Multiple addresses
We do not ship a single order to multiple addresses. If you wish to have items delivered to different addresses, please place a separate order for each address.
Wrong address
If you provide a wrong address at checkout and your product is returned to us, you will be responsible for the shipping costs of resending it.
Delays
While we strive for timely deliveries, occasional delays may occur. If your order is delayed, we will contact you promptly with updates.
Damage in transit
If a package arrives damaged, please reject the delivery if possible and contact us at mmaguyshop@gmail.com.
Orders within Thailand
Phuket — free, we deliver ourselves. We deliver across Phuket at no charge. In-stock items can arrive the same day; items we source to order arrive in 3–5 days — we message you when your order is on its way.
Rest of Thailand. We ship nationwide by Flash/Kerry at the rate shown at checkout, calculated by weight.
Prefer to collect? Choose Free pickup at MMAGuy Cafe (Chalong) at checkout — we message you when it is ready (in-stock same day, sourced-to-order 3–5 days). Come have a coffee while we pack.
Items ordered in Thailand must be delivered to individuals aged 18 or older with a Thai address.
