CUSTOM FEES
Starting July 1, 2021, the European Union (EU), including the United Kingdom, will no longer exempt low-value imported goods from Value Added Tax (VAT), affecting all goods up to €22. Consequently, commercial imports into the EU will be subject to VAT and require a Formal Customs Declaration. Additional taxes, duties, and customs clearance fees are not included in the product price or shipping costs and are the buyer's responsibility. Buyers are urged to understand their country's laws, regulations, and restrictions. For international orders outside Thailand, compliance with the destination country's laws is the buyer's responsibility. The seller is not liable for products seized or destroyed by customs, and items ordered in Thailand must be delivered to individuals aged 18 or older with a Thai address. 
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER? 
Please anticipate a processing time of 1-2 days (Monday to Sunday) for your order to be prepared for shipping. Despite our best efforts, please acknowledges that perfection is difficult to reach.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE UNTIL I GET MY ORDER?
Shipping worldwide is estimated to take 2-9 working days (Monday to Sunday). The order cut-off time is set at 12:00 AM Thai Time.
TAXES
Customers are responsible for covering any inbound duties and taxes that may be imposed by local customs.
CHANGE OF ADRESS
Once a delivery is in transit, the delivery address cannot be altered. For any address changes, kindly contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
MULTIPLE ADDRESSES
We do not provide shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you wish to have items delivered to different addresses, kindly place separate orders for each address.
WRONG ADDRESS
If you provide a wrong address during checkout and your product is returned to us then you will responsible for all shipping costs for resending the product.

DELAYED
While we strive for timely deliveries, occasional delays may occur. If your order is delayed beyond 4 business days, we will promptly contact you to provide updates.
DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
In the event of transit damage to a package, kindly reject the delivery if possible and inform our customer service.
